Equipment Updates - Backup cameras in Ladder and Tender; dashcam coming for rescue.

Debriefs - Complete debrief after calls; key takeaways will be brought to the monthly meeting. Chief available for personal debriefs if issues come up.

Elevator Keys - One key will be in each apparatus, including an FD panel key.

Command 11-11 - Needs to be operational and in service for all extrication calls.

Station Clean Up - Need to put up/organize fencing and sacks.

Fireman's Picnic - September 14th @ Miner's Park. Time TBD; usually. Tyler for Steaks, Ouray Grocery for supplies, Ouray Liquors for drinks. Need to vote on paying for alcohol from special funds. Motion made and seconded; unanimously approved.

Radio Transmissions - In route/on scene/clear/mayday use County. Traffic on-scene; switch to vFire/FERN when on-scene. IC will identify tac channel on-scene. Keep traffic on county/to WESCO brief and to the point. Simple/concise communication is key; critical requests that go unanswered should be communicated until confirmation is received.
