JULY 3, 2022 CONCERT!

Kick off Fourth of July in Ouray with Colorado legends, Yonder Mountain String Band to support the Ouray Volunteer Fire Department.

The Ouray Volunteer Fire Department is once again proudly partnering with the Ouray Mountain Air Music Series for our July 3rd Kick Off Concert featuring Yonder Mountain String Band!

All tickets are general admission with no seat selections. Food, beer, wine, spirits and our famous margarita's will be available for purchase.

This is an outdoor, family friendly, rain or shine event, please bring your own chairs and blankets. No outside alcohol.

We all love our dogs, but please only service animals allowed. Kids 12 & under free, must be accompanied by an adult.

  • 4pm: Gates, bar, food vendors open.
  • 6pm: Cruz Contreras with special guest.
  • 7:30-9ish: Yonder Mountain String Band

About Us What we do and who we are

Department

The Ouray Volunteer Fire Department (OVFD) provides fire protection and suppression throughout the community, as well as mutual aid for surrounding districts. The OFD is equipped to provide fire protection and suppression in numerous different situations including residential and commercial structures, forest fires, and vehicle fires.

On an average emergency call, OVFD responds with 8-15 firefighters and 2-3 fire suppression vehicles. The department also provides fire prevention education and awareness for all. The Ouray Volunteer Fire Department is really an extended family volunteering their time to serve the community.

Ouray Fire currently has 24 active fire fighters
